Nouman Bhatty is a Legal Director in our Manchester Office and has wide-ranging experience of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial development, commercial investment, commercial landlord and tenant and real estate finance.
Nouman predominately assist housebuilders and developers in securing and developing sites for commercial and residential use.
He has substantial experience in complex refinancing transactions and advises on commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters. Nouman also has experience in dealing with property transactions for trade unions.
